IRG can develop a brand from b2c (beginning to completion), but prides itself by assisting existing concept owners by bringing their concept to life and getting it to market. IRG strongly believes that there are 3 areas of core competencies required to excel in the market.

• The Concept: We take or develop an existing concept that has potential in a proven, growing marketplace. The concept creator/owner brings together exceptional drive, attitude, and experience in this industry, and will be the President and figurehead of the business. Primary responsibilities will be in the areas of Store Operations, In-Store Sales, and Marketing.
• Design, Development, and Execution: IRG, under direct leadership of Dave Nolan, will develop the concept into a cohesive, exceptional, thematic retail offering, with the ability to replicate and execute locations at a rapid pace. IRG will bring it's entire design team to the table in meeting and exceeding all expectations in this area.
• Franchising the business: IRG, under the direct leadership of Pat Shirkey, will work to develop the business model and offering to be ‘Franchise Ready'. This will include direct involvement and planning in the areas of operational and package readiness, such as; legal and structural services, business process execution and planning, franchisor software and website integration (for marketing, sales, and support & maintenance), and the development of a sales channel distribution network.
