Teddy Mountain® understands that production and transport issues do occur, and has developed this Return Policy with the customer in mind.

RETURN POLICY

1.  All order discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods, so we can quickly rectify the situation.  Please go to "Contact Us" to report any order discrepancies via phone or email form.

2.  Any item that is defective needs to be reported to us upon occurance of the defect.  The best way to report this is to send us an electronic request on our Contact Us page.   Please put "Reporting of Defective Product" in the subject line, and provide the Item/UPC Number, Item Description, Quantity, and the Defect type.  We will immediately contact you to provide a Teddy Mountain® Credit Note to your account.

3.  If at any time you are requested to return product to our warehouse, please send to the address below.  Please always ship via traceable method (courier), and send ground.  We will also provide you with a Teddy Mountain® Credit Note for the freight costs incurred to return the product, so you will not be out of pocket for this situation.  In some instances, we may ask you to keep the defectives until such time as we need to recall them due to shipping or manufacturing claims.
